What do the Satisfaction Surveys cover?
Both the Customer and Faculty questionnaires ask respondents to rate the importance of various college store attributes including staff, service, store policies, selection of non-textbook items, and components of the textbook department. Respondents are also asked to rate the college store's performance in each of these areas, which enables the college store to compare importance ratings with the level of satisfaction on each individual attribute. The Technology Survey incorporates related attributes from the Customer Survey and is specifically geared towards technology.
