NACS Blogs
The blog(s) listed here are created and maintained by NACS and NACS volunteers as a way to quickly get information, commentary, and news to the membership and allow for comments by readers. Blogs (or web logs) are web sites with entries written in chronological order and displayed in reverse chronological order. Blogs provide commentary or news on a particular subject such as politics or local news. Some function as more personal online diaries. A typical blog combines text, images, and links to other blogs, web pages, and other media related to its topic. The ability for readers to leave comments in an interactive format is an important part of many blogs.

College Store Retailing (CSR) Series
The CSR series offers self-guided training programs on 10 different topics within the College Store Competency Model. Order copies by visiting the NACS Store. Titles range between $19.95 and $29.99 each.
Online Courses
Web-based learning experiences that use a blend of learning tools to offer accessible, convenient, and engaging programs. NACS online courses are designed to build skills, develop community among store professionals, and produce measurable results.

CAMEX features nearly 100 hours of educational programming including key speakers and industry experts, as well as a three-day trade show. This conference learning experience offers new ideas, best practices, inspiration, networking opportunities, and keen insights on the changing higher education retail market. The Private Stores Conference is designed around the critical activities that make a bottom-line impact for privately owned stores, while offering the opportunity to network with other owners and managers who are facing the same challenges.
| State & Regional College Store Association Leadership Conference |
Leading an association is fundamentally different than the everyday work environment for most college store professionals. The role you play in your state/regional college store association requires different knowledge, skills, and understanding. Through professional presentations and sharing of expertise with your colleagues, this conference offers proven procedures, communication plans, and tools to take back and apply to your own association. NACS volunteer facilitators present education specific to the higher education retailing industry. These four-hour and one-day courses can be brought to your area or offered at state/regional events. If you are working with a state or regional association, ask us how you can offer these programs to your members for free with a NACS Foundation grant.
