Kathleen Grace, CCR, is director, Swarthmore College Bookstore, Swarthmore, PA. The long-time active member of the Middle Atlantic College Stores association was among those in the first group to receive the Certified Collegiate Retailer (CCR) professional designation. She has more than a dozen years of volunteer service to NACS and the college store industry, including past president of NACS, chairperson for the Government Relations Committee and member of the Finance & Budget Committee, Publisher Relations Committee, Finance Education Task Force, and CAMEX Planning Committee. Kathy also has served on the Smaller Stores Committee, Benchmarking Committee, Education Committee, Membership Marketing Task Force, and the CAMEX Host Committee. She has been active in education and has facilitated seminars and workshops at all levels.

Danny Key, CCR, is Director of the Wingate University Bookstore in Wingate, North Carolina. He has been an active member of the industry, College Store Association of North Carolina, and NACS for many, many years. His passion for the college store industry and his dedication to professional development keep him engaged in many volunteer professional activities. Danny has served in leadership positions at the state and national level of the industry and is currently on the NACS Board of Trustees. He is a past member of the NACS Education Committee, past Dean of Faculty for NACS, and has facilitated and presented countless programs, seminars, institutes, and sessions.
