Experiential Learning Sites
Both institutes will enjoy an opening dinner at the House of Blues. This exciting venue claimed the Visual Merchandising and Store Design (VMSD) magazine's 2005 Renovation Excellence Award.
Both programs will also have an experiential learning trip to the new Crocker Park "lifestyle" retail center in Westlake, OH.

The host hotel for the CRI institutes is the Crowne Plaza Cleveland City Centre. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Cleveland and minutes from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. It offers amenity-rich rooms (including complimentary high-speed Internet access), a gift shop, and an exercise room.
Most of our meetings will take place in the hotel. However, you will have a day of programming at NACS—so you'll get to see the HQ. And there are those learning and dining tours!

Air Travel
Those traveling by air should fly into Cleveland Hopkins Airport.
From the Airport to the Hotel...
Shuttle service is available at Exit 2 near the baggage claim area by Ohio Connection who provides discounted service to all downtown hotels at a one-way charge of $14 per person. Advance reservations are required; please call (216) 324-8999 to reserve a space. Return flights should be scheduled to depart NO earlier than two (2) hours after the end of the program. Cab service one-way between the airport and the hotel will be approximately $25.
