Each institute registration includes: All program facilitation and material costs, plus four breakfasts, three lunches, one dinner, refreshment breaks, and program outing transportation. Non-scheduled dinners are on your own.

To maximize learning in the institute format of these programs, participation is limited to the first 25 registrants per program. Additional registrants will be put on a waiting list and added to the program in the event of cancellations or additional program seats being made available.

Program Communications
Advance program information, notifications, and assignments will be sent early in the weeks prior to your program. All program confirmations and notices will be sent via e-mail unless no e-mail address is provided.

Cancellations
To receive a full refund of the registration fees, please notify NACS in writing by June 20, 2008.

Cancellations made after this date will only receive a refund for tuition cost (less food and other costs included in the full registration fee). No refunds can be made on telephone cancellations. Replacements are welcomed. Registration confirmation will be sent upon receipt of registration.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason an attendee is not satisfied with the educational content of a program, with written request to NACS, they will receive a full refund of the registration fee minus the cost of the meal functions and other non-content expenses.
